What can I expect from the event?
The Titanic, A Voyage Through Time immersive expedition is a unique virtual reality experience taking visitors on a journey through the Titanic. This expedition takes visitors to the heart of this iconic ship and the history of an era that continues to fascinate the world
Where is the experience located?
The experience is located in Forte Trionfale, Via Trionfale 7400, 00136 Roma.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
To get a rough idea of the event duration, the experience will last about 45 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food or beverage will not be available for purchase inside the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is free parking inside the area.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
In what language is the event presented?
The immersive expedition is available in two languages: Italian and English.
Is there virtual reality?
Yes, “Titanic - A Voyage Through Time” is a fully immersive experience in virtual reality (VR).
What does the equipment consist of?
The immersive expedition equipment consists of an adjustable virtual reality headset.
Is there a dress code?
There's no defined dress code for this experience; a casual look will be fine.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply send the PDF you received via email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact us if you have any doubts or questions, and make sure to mention your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
There is no need to print the ticket; it will be validated through the Fever app or via the barcode in the purchase confirmation email when you arrive at the venue.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
If you wish to book for a large group, please fill out the form with your participation date and group size on this page.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended to arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the following 5 minutes.
Is there an age requirement? Can children do virtual reality alone?
This event is reserved for guests over 8 years of age. Children between 8 and 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the experience. Children under 8 years old are not permitted, even if accompanied by an adult, due to safety reasons and the incompatibility with the size of the VR headset.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue. For this event, simply show a document certifying the need for assistance upon arrival at the venue, and your companion will be granted free access to the event.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
For safety reasons, as this is a virtual reality experience, this event is not designed to accommodate pets, including service dogs. We apologize for the inconvenience; we are doing our best to make all our experiences more inclusive, and we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Can the virtual reality experience be uncomfortable or unsuitable for certain people?
Virtual reality provides a reliable and enjoyable experience, but it may be uncomfortable for some individuals. It's not recommended for those with claustrophobia and/or vertigo. People prone to motion sickness may also experience discomfort when using a VR headset. This might lead to symptoms like drowsiness, increasing the risk of injury during real-world activities.
Is it safe to experience this if I'm pregnant?
Please note that in some cases during pregnancy you are more prone to dizziness, and all throughout the experience the ground will be a hard surface. For safety reasons, we do not recommend this to those who are pregnant, however, the visual VR aspect of the experience itself will not cause any harm during pregnancy. If you do intend to attend while pregnant, it is recommended to consult your doctor before your experience. Please note that at one point during the experience, you are requested to bend down to access one of the chapters.
Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy take part in the virtual reality experience?
No, unfortunately, people with a heart condition or epilepsy cannot take part in our immersive virtual reality expedition.
Is it possible to wear eyeglasses?
Yes, people who wear glasses can experience our expedition in virtual reality. Our staff will be on hand to show them how to position the headset correctly. Note to any visitors wearing prescription glasses: we advise using normal reading glasses, as other types such as varifocals may lower the overall viewing experience.
I have hearing aids. Am I able to do the experience?
Yes, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. The virtual reality headset has small speakers that emit sound over the ears.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled, so it is not suited for customers with a hearing impairment. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive and would recommend you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, so unfortunately, there will be no seating available throughout the experience. However, there will be an area with some chairs at the entrance.
Can I smoke or vape?
No, smoking or vaping is not permitted.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Are there lockers and or a coat check on site?
This venue has personal lockers where you can store your belongings during the experience.
