The experience

What can I expect from the event? Embark on a breathtaking voyage into the Titanic's legacy with 'Titanic: A Voyage Through Time'. After being welcomed aboard as a passenger, explore the ship's iconic interior, interact with objects, dive into the history, uncover the human stories, and relive the grandeur and tragedy of one of the world’s most legendary ships in an unforgettable and deeply engaging journey.
Where is the experience located? The event will take place at Level 1, 206 Bourke St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? The experience will be roughly 60 minutes. The virtual reality walk through will last about 45 minutes, and the on-boarding and safety briefing will last about 15 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? The venue is located in a shopping precinct in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, with several restaurants around it, and the closest convenience store only 70m from the front of the venue.
Is there parking available? As the venue is in the heart of the city, there is no free parking available, however there are 10+ paid parking stations within very close proximity to the venue.
What are the closest trains or tram stations? What’s the best public transportation? The ‘Swanston St on Bourke St’ tram stop is located about 50m from the front of the venue. Melbourne Central Railway station is also located about 200m from the venue (as the crow flies).
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there virtual reality? This experience offers virtual reality for guests over 8 years old; please verify if your ticket includes this option. While there is no height restriction, the age limit is based on factors like head size and the ability to comfortably use the VR goggles, as well as proximity to the eyes.
What does the equipment consist of? The equipment consists of just a VR headset!
Is there a dress code? For safety reasons, we strongly encourage all guests to wear closed-toe shoes.
Will there be interaction with the performers/staff? Yes, you will have a virtual guide throughout the experience!
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, merchandise will be available for purchase at the exit to the experience.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Google Play and the Apple App Store). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. Can I make a group booking? Yes, for educational groups and other large groups (+15 people), please visit the group bookings tool available on our website.
Do you offer press passes? If you would like a press pass, please email press@feverup.com.

About access to the event

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive at the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the next 5 minutes.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this event. We do welcome service animals but only for a seated experience (e.g. on the lap of a person sitting in a wheelchair) for safety reasons.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Phones, wallets, and small bags may be taken in with you, but all other items must be left in the available lockers on site. Please note if taking phones in, these must be switched to airplane mode to ensure they don’t interfere with the headsets.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the experience is wheelchair accessible; elevators are available on site.
Do you offer carer tickets?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people? The visual content of our immersive expedition is not subtitled, so it is not the best suited for customers with a hearing impairment, however, they are welcome to enjoy the visual aspect of the experience. We do not recommend this event for visually impaired people.
I have hearing aids. Am I able to do the experience? Yes, a person wearing a hearing aid can follow and hear the content of the experience. The virtual reality headset has small speakers that emit sound over the ears.
Can a person with a heart condition or epilepsy take part in the virtual reality experience? No, unfortunately, people with a heart condition or epilepsy cannot take part in our immersive virtual reality expedition.
Is it possible to wear eyeglasses? Yes, people who wear glasses can experience our expedition in virtual reality. Our staff will be on hand to show them how to position the headset correctly. Note: Normal reading glasses are recommended, as other types like varifocals may lower the overall viewing experience.
Will there be strobe lights? This event won't include strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? The experience is a walkthrough experience. There is no seating in the experience, and it is not permitted to sit on the floor for your own and other guests' safety. However, if needed, there will be limited wheelchairs available on site for customer use. If this is a requirement of yours, we would suggest bringing your own wheelchair in case the available chairs are all in use.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Excluding authorised press, to ensure the privacy of all guests, no photography or videography is permitted inside the experience. There is a photo opportunity in the lobby for those wanting to share their experience online. Please tag us at @fever_global when sharing on social media.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is a coat check available? Yes, items such as coats and personal backpacks can be left in the lockers/coat check on site.
Is there an age requirement? This experience only allows guests above 8 years old.
Can children do virtual reality alone? Children aged 8 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult to take part in the experience. The experience is suitable for families with children aged 8 and above. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed to participate, even when accompanied by an adult, for safety reasons and size incompatibility with the headset.
Can you do the experience with a child in a baby carrier or stroller? No, for the safety of all guests, strollers are not permitted in the experience.
Will there be an audio guide? Once you come aboard, a virtual guide will both walk and talk you through the experience.
